Exchange Policy

Please be sure of sizing when placing an order. And please don't hesitate to email or call our toll-free number with any questions regarding fitting and sizing.

We are pleased to offer product exchanges provided that we are notified within 30 days of the original purchase date. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on product exchanges.

*If, by our mistake, the incorrect item or size is shipped and your order is not 100% complete, then we will pay for all of the exchange costs incurred by our error, and apologize for the inconvenience.

Return / Refund Policy

We accept product returns within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed and issued only after we have received the returned items.
